After reaching the destination or address of the merchant store as per the merchant store list of ZamWays Application and then you can pay through ZamWays app.
ZamWays (The Company) does not deliver any products or services through the ZamWays platform. ZamWays only helps you find your nearest store or home services in a better way. ZamWays (The company) does not deliver any products/services and guarantees/warranty any kind of product or service-related problems such as product damage or replacement (ZamWays only works to send payments made by users to merchants on time).
If any of the ZamWays users face such problems, they can usually contact the merchant or visit the merchant store from which the product or service was purchased. As per our Purchase Flows related terms and conditions, if any merchant misbehaves or rejects users and if that user gives us any kind of report against this merchant, we will try to resolve the problem or a good relationship between the two, so that the problem is solved very easily.
